@ButchsDryDock in Holland @PureMichigan Is All About Arts; Destination Restaurant Has Appointed Executive Chef Austin Gresham

My email box is full of wonderful infomation today, which shared immediately helps boost our holiday season!
Dear Friend of Butch's,
I am delighted to introduce you to our new Executive Chef, Austin Gresham, who joined us in September with his wife, Traci (a Michigan native).
Austin comes to us from Chicago, were he was Sous Chef at Sixteen, a Michelin Two-Star restaurant located in the Trump International Hotel & Tower. Prior to that, he worked with culinary luminaries, Chef Guenter Seeger and Chef Grant Achatz at the highly touted Michelin Three-Star Alinea.
Since his arrival Austin has spent much of his time finding the best ingredients in the Midwest and developing an innovative menu that features them in simple, yet elegant, preparations.  I could not be more excited about what he's done with them and suspect you will be too.
All of us at Butch's look forward to serving you soon. And, whether you join us for a casual dinner or a special occasion, odds are you'll want to return for our forthcoming New Year's celebration (details to come).
