The Wege Foundation has a tradition of solving wicked problems. The Muskegon Wastewater Treatment complex had funding from the Wege Foundation. Sustainable Museum? Wege helped bring about GRAM. More space for KCAD and a multidisciplinary education center for design placed on the fourth floor? The Federal Building has a lot of the influence of Wege.
I can't see why you can't sign up your team and start working toward the 2/16/2014 deadline?
